Privacy policy

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, optional company, and your message — used only to respond to your inquiry.

Client portal: your email address (for magic-link sign-in) and the engagement records we produce for you: reports, answer-visibility checks, and an audit trail of agent runs on your account.

Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store card numbers; we keep billing event records (what was purchased, when) tied to your organization.

Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver the services you engaged us for, respond to inquiries, invoice you, and meet legal obligations. We send commercial electronic messages only with consent and with a working unsubscribe, per CASL. We do not sell personal information.

Where it lives

Our database is hosted with Supabase in Canada (ca-central-1). Report files are stored with Cloudflare R2. Payments run through Stripe. Email runs through Google Workspace. The website is served by Vercel. When AI models process engagement data, we use xAI and Anthropic under their API terms; client data is never used to train models by us.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent. Email hello@aiimpact.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days. We keep engagement records only as long as needed for the engagement and our legal obligations, then delete them.
